How an inquiry works

From a first question to a written picture of your education savings and family goals — the steps an inquiry moves through before, during, and after a consultation.

The consultation is the service, so the steps below describe what happens around it. Nothing here is a transaction: you are not booking a product, and no payment changes hands on this site. If a consultation is paid, the terms are agreed with you directly before any session is booked.

1. You send an inquiry

You tell us your family's situation and what you want to plan for, using the contact form, by email, or by phone. There is no minimum information required to start — a short question is enough.

2. We confirm scope

We reply to clarify which questions the consultation will cover and what figures or documents will help. If your situation points to a need we do not meet, we say so and suggest where to take it.

3. The consultation

A focused conversation about your education savings and family financial goals. We lay out the trade-offs plainly — what funding one goal does to another — without pushing a product. The session is built around your numbers and your child's timeline, not a template.

4. A written picture

You leave with a summary of where your money is going, where the gaps are, and the next decisions to make. It is yours to keep, whether or not you ever come back.

5. After the session

The inquiry record is kept only to respond to you and to answer any later question you raise. We do not put you on a marketing list, and no analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.
